It’s Thanksgiving crunch time and to prepare you for the upcoming big day, we’ll be serving up our favorite side dishes. Monday, Jillian will post her recipe for Whole-Wheat Stuffing with Pecans, Apples and Cranberries; Tuesday I’ll show you how to use a potato ricer and Thursday I’ll try making mashed potatoes two ways; Wednesday Jillian showcases brussels sprouts for our Pick of the Week and on Friday she’ll try a brussels sprout side dish. On Saturday, I bake mini-pumpkin pies and next week we’ll bring you Cranberry Relish….all to get you ready for the big day! These are our some of our must-haves for our Thanksgiving table, we’d love to hear from you too to find out what you can’t go without come feast day.
