Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken

Honey, garlic chicken, ginger, soy sauce, give this chicken dish an authentic Asian flavor in just a couple of quick and easy steps.

I love this recipe for adding variety to the week day meal rotation in my house. This honey ginger chicken only takes me 5 minutes to prep. I can prepare the marinade and pop it in the fridge while having my morning coffee, and then pull it out and get it straight in the oven at the end of the day. I can have this on the table faster than calling for take out, and with the honey, garlic, ginger and soy this chicken is every bit as flavor pack as take out. Serve with steamed broccoli and rice.
